By using DigitalTall, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful where you live.
Permitted use
You may use our publicly available tools for lawful personal, educational and ordinary commercial reference purposes. You may download a comparison image you create, provided your use does not violate another person’s rights or misrepresent the result.
Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass site security.
- Using automation to scrape substantial portions of the site without permission.
- Copying or republishing our interface, branding or written content as a competing service.
- Entering or publishing information to harass, shame, impersonate or deceive.
- Using a result as a medical diagnosis or guaranteed prediction.
Accuracy and availability
We work to present formulas and conversions accurately, but inputs, rounding, source information and technical issues can affect results. Tools may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn without notice. Verify information independently when a decision has legal, medical, financial or safety consequences.
Intellectual property
DigitalTall’s original design, code, branding and editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
Third-party services and links
The site may contain links, embeds, analytics, forms or advertisements operated by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer and limitation
DigitalTall is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that cannot reasonably be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalTall will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Changes and governing principles
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
